CustomerSat Names Jonathan Clay Vice President of Technology
Industry Veteran Brings Extensive Experience in Enterprise Software To Leading Provider of Real-time Customer Feedback Systems

Inc., the leader in real-time feedback analytics and intelligence,
today announced the appointment of Jonathan Clay as Vice President
of Technology. He is tasked with rapidly growing the CustomerSat
technology organization, further accelerating the pace with
which CustomerSat brings new technology to market, and managing
the CustomerSat partnership with Microsoft.

accounts such as BellSouth, Honeywell, and VeriSign rely on
CustomerSat solutions worldwide," said Clay. Developing
new technology to expand the use and application of CustomerSat
solutions in large enterprises such as these will be my top
priority.
Clay brings over two
decades of enterprise and Internet applications development
experience to CustomerSat. Most recently, he served as Vice
President of Engineering and Systems Operations at Trapezo,
a provider of network channel and content management systems.
Previously, he served as vice president or director of
engineering at Brightware, a leading provider of enterprise
software; Tavolo, an e-commerce systems supplier; and MRI/Broadway
& Seymour, a CRM software provider. Clay holds bachelors
and masters degrees in computer science from Cambridge University,
Cambridge, England.
Clay will lead and
oversee all CustomerSat software development, including real-time
analytics, enterprise-wide action management, online survey
design tools, and enterprise application integration. In addition,
his responsibilities include web operations, IT, and product
management. Clay reports directly to CEO John Chisholm.
