The Customer Satisfaction Benchmark System for the FlyCast
Network invites visitors to report their satisfaction and
demographic profiles by completing surveys. The customer satisfaction
benchmarks measure web site satisfaction along multiple dimensions,
including content, look and feel, navigability, and effectiveness.
The benchmarks also provide customer demographics. Charts,
comments, and statistics of survey results are generated in
real-time on password-protected web pages, providing ad network
members instantaneous customer feedback. Performance ratings
of individual web sites are confidential to each site, while
aggregate benchmarks across the network are shared by all
web sites that participate.
CustomerSat.com Pop!Up ™ uses state-of-the-art Java
technology to invite a random sample of web site visitors
to take a survey. Visitors who accept a pop-up invitation
are either taken immediately to the survey or presented with
a convenient Survey button which will take them to the survey
