CustomerSat Wins The Fifth Annual Users Choice Award for Customer Satisfaction Measurement

CustomerSat is the Only Company to win Prestigious Award Five Consecutive Times

Mountain View, August 27, 2003 - CustomerSat, Inc. the leader in real-time feedback analytics and intelligence, has been named been named the winner of the Fifth Annual Users Choice Award in the Customer Satisfaction Measurement Solutions award category. The award is sponsored by CRMAdvocate.

Awards were presented by Gary Lemke, President of RealMarket and Jeff Chamberlain, Vice President of RealMarket and program manager for the awards program.

DCI's Customer Relationship Management Conference & Exposition ( www.crmevent.com ) in New York, NY on August 26 - 28, 2003 hosted the balance of the awards.
