CustomerSat, Inc. Wins Best in Class at The Fourth Annual Users Choice Awards Presented by RealMarket
CustomerSat is the only Company to Win the Users Choice Award for Four Consecutive Years
Mountain View, CA —July 28—CustomerSat,
Inc. has been named Best in Class winner in The Fourth Annual
Users Choice Awards sponsored by RealMarket. CustomerSat's
Enterprise Customer Experience Management (eCEMTM) solution
was entered in the Customer Satisfaction Measurement Solutions
category. CustomerSat is the only company which has won this
award since the competition began four years ago.
The Users Choice Awards is the only awards program in which
customer relationship management (CRM) products are judged
by the end-user. There were 80 product entries in a total
of 25 categories including: Contact Center Management, Contact
Center Tools, Multi-Channel E-Services, and Customer Satisfaction
Measurement Solutions..
At the International Call Center Management Conference & Expo
held July 29 – Aug 1, awards were presented by Gary
Lemke, President of RealMarket and special guest presenters
including Rhonda Proctor, Editor of Contact Professional – the
official publication of the Call Center Networking Group
and Steve Wecksler, Senior Vice President of Certification
for STI Knowledge. “It takes more than just a good
product to create happy customers. These winners are obviously
doing a number of things well to receive high praise from
their customers” stated Gary Lemke, President of RealMarket
