John Chisholm, Chairman & CEO, has three decades of experience in general management, marketing/research, and strategy. He founded CustomerSat in 1997. A pioneer in online marketing research, he founded Decisive Technology (now part of Google), publisher of the first shrink-wrapped software for conducting surveys via email, in 1992. Earlier, he served in management and marketing positions at HP, Xerox, and Grid Systems. He is chairman of the board of the Stanford Institute for the Quantitative Study of Society (SIQSS), one of Stanford's twelve independent laboratories; member of the visiting committee of the MIT department of mathematics; and vice president of the MIT alumni association. He is author or co-author of two US patents in Internet polling technology. He holds Bachelor of Science and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Harry Rich, Vice President, Worldwide Sales, has three decades of experience in field service, CRM, and customer loyalty sales and management. He served as Senior VP, Sales for Astea International, a provider of field service CRM solutions for the Fortune 500, from 1992 to 1995, when the company had a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO). He later served as Executive VP, Worldwide Sales for Omega Management Systems, a Boston-based customer satisfaction/loyalty firm. Earlier, he served as VP, Sales for ROSH Intelligent Systems (later ServiceSoft), a developer of expert-based service automation software, and as VP, Sales for the Data Group, a provider of field service software applications. He holds Bachelors and Masters degrees from Bridgewater State College.

Cameron Karr, Vice President, Marketing, has over twenty years of experience in enterprise software and customer operations with an expertise in customer loyalty and financial services programs. Prior to joining CustomerSat, Cameron was Sr. Director, Corporate Strategy and Customer Loyalty at Business Objects, an SAP company. At Business Objects, Cameron developed and managed the enterprise-wide customer loyalty program, integrating Voice of the Customer (VOC) data from CustomerSat solutions into virtually every aspect of the organization, from product development, sales excellence and customer support to executive compensation. Prior to Business Objects, Ms. Karr was Sr. Principal at Advent Software where her twelve-year tenure included positions in Customer Loyalty, Business Development, Process Improvement, Field Sales and Services Management. Ms. Karr holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado.

Dickey Singh, Vice President, Engineering, has 18 years of experience in the software industry and is responsible for architecture, engineering, quality and web operations. Prior to joining CustomerSat, he was Vice President of Engineering and Technology at Spear Technologies (now Infor), a leader in enterprise and mobile applications for the transportation industry. Before Spear, Dickey was a Director of Software Development at @Road (now Trimble) and developed solutions for the mobile resource management industry by combining GPS, wireless, Internet, voice, and ASP technologies. Prior to @Road, he was employed with Baan Research (now Infor), a Dutch ERP company, where he managed development of the next generation infrastructure for creating enterprise applications in conjunction with Microsoft. He has also held software R&D positions with several companies including Nortel Networks and SPSS Inc. He holds a Computer Engineering degree from University of Poona.

Joe Camirand, Vice President, Research & Consulting Services, has more than 15 years of experience in service operations management, professional services, market research, and strategic account management.  He previously served as Research & Consulting Services Director, and later Regional VP, at CustomerSat.  Prior to joining CustomerSat in 2005, he served as Director of Client Services and General Manager of Client Service Operations at Omega Management Group Corp., a research firm specializing in loyalty management and strategy. As General Manager of Client Service Operations, he had full accountability for the execution and delivery of all customer and market research studies including customer satisfaction and loyalty measurement, win/loss business reviews, executive interviews, focus groups and competitive benchmarking.  Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and earned his Masters in Business Administration from Kennedy-Western University.

Ray Mok, Controller, Finance, has over a decade of experience in financial planning, accounting, strategic financial modeling and investor relations. Before joining CustomerSat, Ray was Vice President of Finance at Dish Planet, a provider of satellite TV services. Prior to that, he was Controller of Keri Systems and of People.com, Inc., one of the fastest-growing privately-held firms in the U.S. During his four years at People.com, he was part of the team that successfully sold the company to TMP Worldwide, the parent of Monster.com. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of California at Davis.
