CustomerSat is seeking stellar Senior Account Executives to sell its leading-edge Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) solutions and manage relationships with Global 2000 accounts. Our solutions are based on the award-winning CustomerSat Enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS), which hosts real-time surveys, analytics and automated actions. Research and consulting services tailor CustomerSat Enterprise to exact client requirements.
- Create, build and manage relationships with key contacts in your Global 2000 accounts
- Identify enterprise-wide feedback needs of customers and prospects, consult to clarify objectives, and propose enterprise-wide solutions
- Demonstrate our leading-edge analytics and automated actions
- Present innovative solutions to C-level decision makers, with emphasis on Support/Service, Marketing, Sales and HR
- Propose customized solutions that meet client needs and objectives. Negotiate and close client agreements
- Create new revenue generating opportunities
- Meet quarterly goals
- 5+ years experience selling customer or market research services to large enterprises
- Excellent track record in consultative sales processes
- Ability to sell to C-level contacts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Background in business analytics, performance metrics, statistics, or market research highly desireable
- Able to travel
- Goals driven
- BS, MS, MBA or higher degree
