The seventh annual TMC Labs Innovation Award from Customer Interaction Solutions® Magazine honors CRM, call center and teleservices products that are truly innovative. The TMC Labs Innovation Awards are based solely upon the uniqueness or how pioneering a particular product or service is. "CustomerSat deserves this great honor for creating a ground-breaking CRM and contact center product," said Tom Keating, CTO and editorial director of TMC Labs.

2005: CustomerSat Named Award Finalist By American Marketing Association
The American Marketing Association (AMA) EXPLOR Award recognizes MarketResearch Innovation and Leadership. As joint finalists for these awards, CustomerSat and Honeywell Automation and Control Systems (ACS) were honored at the AMA Market Research conference in Boston, September 25-28

2005: Finalist, ITSMA Marketing Excellence Award
The Information Technology Service Marketing Association (ITSMA) recognizes Marketing Excellence in the category “Improving the Customer Experience”. As joint finalists for these awards, CustomerSat and Honeywell Automation and Control Systems (ACS) were honored at the ITSMA conference, Marketing on the Verge, November 7-9 in Cambridge, MA.

CustomerSat is the only six-time Users Choice Award winner. CustomerSat has since retired the award.
